"Matt did a very thorough job in all of the areas we asked him to fix. He repaired a leak in the faucets of the bathtub, replaced flooring, put in and overhead fan and connected it to the light switch. He also replaced a wall in a bedroom. fixed an overhead light, replaced missing siding on a garage, replaced a railing on the front porch, and built a new porch roof over the back door.
His work was excellent, he arrived on time, completed the many tasks that we asked him to do and did not hesitate to help us resolve the many issues that needed to be built or repaired.
Matt arrived on the day and at the agreed upon time. He began working on the issues in the bathroom and knew exactly what to do. He kept us informed of the progress he made each day and also informed us when he encountered a problem that we did not realize was there previously. He built an overhang over the back door and for the first time our renters can now enter their home without getting soaked or hit by falling ice sliding off of the roof. Mat completed everything in 3 days. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge and skills."
